dc.description.abstract | This Study aims to analyze the influence of digital technology and emotional inttelligence on assertive communication among millenial leaders at PT.Gema Sehat Indonesia. The research adopts a quantitative approach using an explanatory method. The theories applied in this study include the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by Davis, Emotional Intelligence theory by Goleman, and Assertive Communication theory by Alberti and Emmons. The population consists of all millennial leaders at PT.Gema Sehat Indonesia, with total sampling employed as the sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. The result show that, partially, digital technology has a significant effect on assertive communication among millennial leaders at PT.Gema Sehat Indonesia, with a significance value of 0.001<0.005. Likewise, emotional intelligence also has a significant infulence on assertive communication with a significance value of 0.001>0.005. Simultaneously, the F-count value (91.533) is greater than the F-table value (2.147). indicating that digital technology and emotional intelligence jointly influence assertive communication among millennial leaders at the company. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 55.5%, meaning that the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other variables. Based on further analysis, these variables may include leadership style, organizational culture, or digital literacy. This study is expected to contribute to the personal development of millennial leaders and help organizations plan more effective communication strategies for leadership roles. | en_US |
