Work productivity can be influenced by the management of both formal and non-formal organizations. In its implementation, humans become the main element in increasing work productivity because without human resources, other resources cannot be utilized. Of course, creating a conducive work environment cannot be realized by the company, the leader of a company must be able to motivate his employees, so that employees/subordinates are encouraged to carry out their duties and can increase the company's work productivity as a whole. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires and documentation studies. The population of this study was 100 production employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 100 people. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The work environment variable has the highest positive and significant influence on work productivity. Work motivation mediates the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational climate and work environment on work productivity. The organizational climate variable has the highest positive and significant influence in mediating work motivation on work productivity.
