    Abstract
    This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Social Media Promotion, Perceived Ease of Use, and Online Customer Review on the Intention to Use the JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) application among BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants in Medan Kota. This is an associative study using quantitative data. The population in this study consists of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants in Medan Kota. The sample size is 100 respondents, selected through purposive sampling with criteria including being a BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participant in Medan Kota, having used the JMO application, and following the Instagram account @bpjs.ketenagakerjaan. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and processed with SPSS 25. The results show that simultaneously, social media promotion, perceived ease of use, and online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the application. Partially, each of these variables also has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using the JMO application among BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants in Medan Kota. The coefficient of determination indicates that the independent variables collectively explain 66.7% of the variation in the dependent variable.
