This study aims to determine the optimization of the use of palm kernel meal (PKM) and indigofera leaf meal in the feed of KUB chickens aged 0-12 weeks on the relative weight of lymphoid organs, namely the bursa of Fabricius, thymus, and spleen. The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments consisted of P0 (Feed + 0% BIS + 0% indigofera leaf meal), P1 (Feed + 4% PKM + 3% indigofera leaf meal), P2 (Feed + 8% PKM + 6% indigofera leaf meal), P3 (Feed + 12% PKM + 9% indigofera leaf meal), and P4 (Feed + 16% PKM + 12% indigofera leaf meal). The research results indicate that the addition of BIS and indigofera leaf meal did not significantly affect the relative weight of the bursa of Fabricius and thymus, but had a significant effect on the relative weight of the spleen. The addition of BIS and indigofera leaf meal as components in the feed of KUB chickens aged 0-12 weeks can maintain the relative weight of the bursa of Fabricius, thymus, and spleen. The conclusion of this study is that the feeding treatment up to P4 (Feed + 16% BIS + 12% indigofera leaf meal) is suitable for use as feed for KUB chickens.
