Analisis Efektivitas Penggunaan GoPay pada Mahasiswa D3 Keuangan Fakultas Vokasi USU dalam Transaksi Transportasi di Kota Medan

Abstract

GoPay is a digital wallet brand that offers convenience in making transactions, especially transportation transactions. GoPay is widely used among students because its use is quite practical and efficient in the transaction process, besides that what is interesting about GoPay is that there are promo services such as discounts and cashback which of course can create student spending efficiency. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using GoPay on transportation usage decisions for D3 Finance FV USU students. The research method used is quantitative, namely by using numbers and statistics, where the data used is data obtained from distributing questionnaires using Google Form. The questionnaire contains statements about the effectiveness of using GoPay on transportation usage decisions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of using GoPay has a significant effect on the use of transportation. The significance value obtained is 0.000 <0.005, the t value is 4.217> 2.010 while the regression equation obtained is Y = 7,738 + 574X + e. The effectiveness of using GoPay on transportation usage decisions for D3 Finance FV USU students has a significant influence.
