Background: The role of service quality in participant satisfaction is clearly needed to improve participant welfare by providing social security where workers feel safer and protected which encourages them to work more productively.
Objective: This research aims to determine the quality of service on the satisfaction of BPJS Employment Medan City Branch participants.
Method: The subjects of this research were participants of BPJS Employment Medan City Branch. Data collection instruments in this research used observation, questionnaires and documentation.
Results: The results of the research show that service quality has a good influence on the satisfaction of BPJS Employment Medan City Branch participants and is running well. In this way, BPJS Employment Medan City Branch staff can continue to further improve the quality of their services.
Conclusion: Consistent and quality services help build trust between service providers and participants. This trust is important for creating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
