Abstract

Analysis Of The Influence Of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, And Personality On Financial Management Behavior Among Msmes In Medan Sunggal District This research aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and personality on financial management behavior among MSME actors in Medan Sunggal District. This is an associative research, and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population of this study consists of 989 MSME actors in Medan Sunggal District. The sample size is 285 MSME actors in Medan Sunggal District, determined through purposive sampling technique. The data for this study were obtained from interviews and by distributing research questionnaires to MSME actors in Medan Sunggal District. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Partially, the financial knowledge variable has a positive and significant influence on the financial management behavior variable, financial attitude has a positive and significant influence on the financial management behavior variable, and the personality variable does not have an influence on the financial management behavior variable.
