The research method employed is a quantitative correlational study using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The sample consisted of 157 Generation Z employees in Medan City. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. The sample involved in this study consisted of 157 Generation Z employees in the city of Medan. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. The analysis technique used in this study was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the statistical test results, the significance level obtained was 0.039 < 0.05, indicating that organizational commitment can moderate. The research hypothesis was accepted because the regression coefficient obtained was -0.183, meaning that organizational commitment moderates and weakens the influence of job stress on job hopping intentions. This means that employees who are committed to their company and feel sufficiently stressed about their work have weak intentions to engage in job hopping.en_US
