    Abstract
    The background of this research problem is that Employee Productivity at CV. Putra Sihobun Jaya in Medan City has experienced a decline and inconsistency in the year 2024. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Environment, Compensation, and Workload on Employee Productivity at CV. Putra Sihobun Jaya, Medan City. The population of this study was 30 employees. The number of samples in the study was the entire population with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. The data for this study were obtained from interviews, distributing research questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Employee Productivity, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee Productivity, and simultaneously the Work Environment, Compensation, and Workload have a significant effect on Employee Productivity. From the partial test results of this study, it shows that the Work Environment has a more dominant influence on Employee Productivity, then followed by Workload, and the last is Compensation.
