Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Etika Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru Honorer pada SMA N 1 Barumun
The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Work Ethics, and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Honorary Teachers at SMA N 1 Barumun
Abstract
The decline in the performance of honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Barumun over
the past three years has become the main problem in this study. This is thought to be
influenced by low job satisfaction, weak work ethics, and less than optimal
implementation of organizational culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of
these three variables on the performance of honorary teachers, both partially and
simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method.
The sample consisted of 43 honorary teachers with a saturated sampling technique.
Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The
results of the study showed that job satisfaction, work ethics, and organizational
culture partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the
performance of honorary teachers. This is evidenced by the t-test and F-test which
met the significance criteria (sig <0.05). The analysis of the coefficient of
determination (R²) also showed that job satisfaction, work ethics, and organizational
culture were able to explain the performance of honorary teachers by 63.4%.
