dc.description.abstract | Esports has rapidly evolved into a highly competitive industry with significant economic potential, including in Indonesia. PT. Satu Esports Indonesia is an active esports team that has participated in various national tournaments but still faces challenges in professionalism, such as ineffective internal communication, high mental pressure, and inconsistent training schedules. This study aims to formulate strategies to enhance team professionalism using a personnel management approach. This qualitative descriptive research employed observation, interviews, and questionnaires for data collection. The personnel management approach focuses on four key aspects: job description, job specification, job evaluation, and job training. Strategic analysis was conducted using SWOT and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) methods. The findings indicate that internal strengths such as complete facilities and experienced coaches contribute positively, while psychological pressure and poor coordination are significant weaknesses. Based on SWOT and QSPM analysis, the recommended strategies include increasing training intensity, implementing regular performance evaluations, and strengthening team communication and organizational structure. By applying a structured and targeted personnel management strategy, PT. Satu Esports Indonesia is expected to improve the professionalism, competitiveness, and long-term performance of its teams in both national and international esports competitions. | en_US |
