    Abstract
    Broiler chickens are a type of poultry that is widely farmed in Indonesia, with closed house and open house cages. In livestock businesses, there are 2 types, namely independent farmers and farmers who partner, this study focuses on farmers with a partnership pattern. This study aims to analyze the income of broiler chicken farms with closed house cages with a partnership pattern. The location of the study was at the company PT. Karya Semangat Mandiri Depo Pematangsiantar. The population is farmers who partner with PT. Karya Semangat Mandiri Depo Pematangsiantar with 3 samples, namely with cages with a capacity of 12,000 chickens, 22,000 chickens and 40,000 chickens. . The sampling method is census and the data analysis method is descriptive.The income of farmers with a cage capacity of 12,000 is Rp 13,990,991, a capacity of 22,000 heads is Rp 17,487,185, and a cage capacity of 40,000 heads has a total income of Rp 129.796.577. The R/C ratio value for a cage with a capacity of 12,000 heads is 1.028, a cage with a capacity of 22,000 heads is 1.021, and a cage with a capacity of 40,000 heads is 1.094. The total BEP weight of harvested chickens at a capacity of 12,000 heads is 11,668 kg, a capacity of 22,000 heads is 27,194 kg and a capacity of 40,000 heads is 14,454 kg while the BEP Price of harvested chickens per kilogram at a capacity of 12,000 heads is Rp 19,577, a capacity of 22,000 heads is Rp 19,214, - and a capacity of 40,000 heads is Rp 18,424, -. it can be concluded that the partnership livestock business is feasible to implement and the larger the cage capacity the greater the profit obtained.
