This study aims to determine the effect of Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) on Job Hopping Intention (JHI) on Generation Z employees in Medan City with Perceived Organizational Support (POS) as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach is used with a correlational method. The sample was 130 Generation Z employees working in Medan with less than two years of service, selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument consisted of three scales: FWA, POS, and JHI. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that perceived organizational support proved to mediate the effect of flexible work arrangements on job hopping intention. That is, the more flexible work arrangements provided by the organization, the higher the perceived support felt by employees, and the lower their intention to change jobs. This finding confirms the importance of organizations in providing work flexibility to improve the retention of younger generation employees.en_US
