The Terms of Reference (TOR) document for Planning Consultant Services – Wisma Kolaborasi Building Planning in Medan City is prepared as the main guideline for the planning process of the building’s development. As a hub of trade and business in Sumatra, Medan holds significant investment potential. Therefore, it requires facilities that support a flexible and collaborative work ecosystem. The Wisma Kolaborasi Building is designed to be a modern workspace that integrates co-working space concepts, institutional offices, multipurpose areas, retail/F&B spaces, and green open areas that promote social interaction and public comfort. This planning also emphasizes the implementation of green building principles, sustainable landscape integration, and inclusive accessibility for all users. The scope of work in this project includes the preparation of a Detail Engineering Design (DED), covering architectural design, structural systems, mechanical and electrical systems, cost estimation, and technical specifications. The entire planning process is scheduled to be completed within 110 calendar days, involving a team of experts in architecture, civil engineering, as well as mechanical and electrical engineeringen_US
