Analysis of Student Satisfaction of D3 Finance Study Program Faculty of Vocational Studies USU Regarding the Use of Dana Application as a Personal Financial Manager in the Digital Era
Abstract
The rapid development of digital technology encourages students to utilize digital wallets such as the DANA application to manage their personal finances practically, efficiently, and securely. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of students in the Diploma 3 Finance Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Studies, University of North Sumatra, regarding the use of the DANA application. The method used was descriptive quantitative, with questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents. Indicators studied included ease of use, security, feature suitability, and impact on personal financial management. The results showed that students were very satisfied with the ease of use and suitability of the DANA application features. However, the security aspect was deemed to still require improvement. Overall, the DANA application was deemed capable of meeting students' needs in managing their personal finances in the digital era, although developers need to pay more attention to the quality of application security to increase user satisfaction.
