Pengaruh Asset Growth, Current Ratio, Return on Asset, dan Total Asset Turnover terhadap Beta Saham pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2023

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the effect of asset growth, current ratio, return on assets, and total asset turnover on beta stocks in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023. The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023. The sample in this study amounted to 46 companies. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, panel data regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that partially, asset growth has a positive and significant effect on beta stocks, current ratio has a negative and significant effect on beta stocks, return on assets has a negative and significant effect on beta stocks, and total asset turnover has a positive and insignificant effect on beta stocks in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023. Simultaneously, asset growth, current ratio, return on assets, and total asset turnover affect beta stocks in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023.
