This research aims to investigate and analyze the influence of career development,
work discipline, and work environment on employees performance at PT. Suri Tani
Pemuka, Simalungun Regency. Based on the phenomena found in this study, there
has been a decline in employee performance over the past three years. This can be
seen from the employee performance assessment index, which has shown a decline
and fluctuation during that period.The population in this study consists of
employees at PT. Suri Tani Pemuka, Simalungun Regency, totaling 298 employees.
The sample size in this research is 75 respondents, selected using a probability
sampling technique, specifically proportionate stratified random sampling. The
data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis and multiple
linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that, partially, career
development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work
discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the
work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
Simultaneously, career development, work discipline, and the work environment
have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
