dc.description.abstractOptimal production planning is very important to achieve efficiency in the production process of a product. This research was conducted at Fazana Bakery with the aim of designing a Fuzzy Goal Programming model as a solution to optimization problems in production planning, as well as evaluating the optimization results for each type of product. Fazana Bakery faces challenges in the form of limited production capacity and uncertain consumer demand. Therefore, an optimal production planning strategy is needed to effectively align production volumes with market demand. In this study, the method used to determine the optimal solution is fuzzy goal programming. The Fuzzy Goal Programming model was processed using the simplex method and the POM QM for Windows software. The determination of decision-maker preferences was carried out using a decision support system (DSS). The results of processing the Fuzzy Goal Programming model using the POM QM for Windows software yielded a maximum revenue of Rp 14.932.362 per day, a maximum profit of Rp 6.973.798,77 per day, and a minimum labor cost of Rp 3.173.122 per day. The production quantities for each type of bread produced are as follows: chocolate bread 414.02 pcs, coconut bread 562.5 pcs, green bean bread 533.33 pcs, red bean bread 533.33 pcs, abon bread 700 pcs, chocolate banana bread 687.5 pcs, and pineapple bread 535.71 pcs.en_US
