Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Implementasi K3 terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja (Studi Kasus: pada Pekerjaan Bore Pile di Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen The BLISS Condominium)

Abstract

This research leads to an understanding of the influence of the work environment and the implementation of K3 on labor productivity in The BLISS Condominium Apartment construction project, especially in bore pile work. The research used quantitative approach with survey method. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the workforce, what was measured was the perception of the workforce on the variables studied, not on direct measurement of productivity, the data was analyzed using SPSS through validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and determination analysis (R²). The results showed that partially, the work environment had a significant effect on labor productivity with a t value of 15.857 and a regression coefficient of 17.6%. The implementation of K3 also has a significant effect partially with a t value of 3.680 and a regression coefficient of 4.2%. Simultaneously, both variables in the study had a significant effect on labor productivity with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.928, which is 92.8%.
