Analisis Risiko Logistik Biji Kopi Arabika dengan Metode House of Risk pada PT. Matoga Cipta Indonesia

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Matoga Cipta Indonesia, a company supplying typical Sumatran coffee beans distributed locally and internationally. The vast marketing area makes PT. Matoga Cipta Indonesia often experience obstacles in logistics activities and also found risks that disrupt the company's activities. These risks or obstacles are damage to supplier vehicles, mixing coffee quality, document errors, and changes in delivery schedules. This study aims to identify the causes of risks and design effective mitigation using the House of Risk (HOR) method. The results of the study found 19 risk events and 21 risk causes, with 11 priority causes covering 80% of the events. From HOR Phase 2, 8 mitigation actions were proposed, namely the implementation of an integrated distribution system Transportation Management System, Implementation of the FIFO system, Establishing a routine stocktaking schedule, Implementing a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with suppliers, Implementing a Final Pre Dispatch Checklist procedure, Creating a written SOP for logistics packaging accompanied by a daily check checklist, Establishing a reconfirmation procedure with the shipping line, and Routine technical training for handling goods during loading.
