This building integrates various supporting facilities, including the PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) office, a hall for social and community activities, a retail area that boosts the local economy, and F&B (Food & Beverage) facilities that provide a comfortable culinary space. In addition, the building offers a coworking space that serves as a hub for collaboration among entrepreneurs, professionals, and creative communities to foster innovations that support economic growth.By adopting green architecture principles, Wisma Kolaborasi is designed to minimize environmental impact through the use of eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient technologies, as well as rainwater management systems and natural ventilation that maximize occupant comfort.
