dc.description.abstractWisma Kolaborasi Building, Medan City is a multifunctional building development project designed with a green architecture theme to support environmental sustainability and accelerate the progress of Medan City. This building integrates various supporting facilities, including the PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) office, a hall for social and community activities, a retail area that boosts the local economy, and F&B (Food & Beverage) facilities that provide a comfortable culinary space. In addition, the building offers a coworking space that serves as a hub for collaboration among entrepreneurs, professionals, and creative communities to foster innovations that support economic growth.By adopting green architecture principles, Wisma Kolaborasi is designed to minimize environmental impact through the use of eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient technologies, as well as rainwater management systems and natural ventilation that maximize occupant comfort. The presence of this building is expected to not only become a productive activity center but also serve as a tangible example of sustainable development amid rapid urbanization.Through its diverse facilities and sustainability-focused design, Wisma Kolaborasi is expected to make a significant contribution to the social and economic advancement of Medan City while becoming an environmentally friendly innovation center for its community.en_US
