Employee performance in government institutions has increasingly come into focus, as various personal factors such as emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and work-life balance are believed to have a significant relationship in shaping the quality and effectiveness of employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence (EQ), intellectual intelligence (IQ), spiritual intelligence (SQ), and work-life balance on employee performance at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The research employs an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of all employees at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara located in Medan, with a sample size of 77 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, the variables of emotional intelligence (EQ), intellectual intelligence (IQ), spiritual intelligence (SQ), and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, each independent variable—emotional intelligence (EQ), intellectual intelligence (IQ), spiritual intelligence (SQ), and work-life balance—also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
