The development of digital technology has transformed transaction patterns in society, one of which is through the use of QRIS as a non-cash payment method that is increasingly popular among Generation Z. QRIS offers convenience, security, and transaction speed that align with the characteristics of Generation Z, who tend to prioritize efficiency and comfort in transactions. This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, security, and transaction speed on the satisfaction of QRIS usage among Generation Z at the Vocational Faculty of Universitas Sumatera Utara. The research sample consisted of 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that ease of use, security, and transaction speed have a positive and significant effect, both simultaneously and partially, on QRIS user satisfaction. These findings indicate that all three variables are important factors in shaping QRIS user satisfaction among Generation Z at the Vocational Faculty of Universitas Sumatera Utara.en_US
