Generation Z has increasingly dominated the current workforce. However, their presence poses a serious challenge for organizations due to the high level of turnover intention associated with this cohort. Prior studies have indicated that Generation Z exhibits a higher tendency to leave their jobs compared to previous generations. This phenomenon is particularly evident in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. This study aims to examine the influence of talent management on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in FMCG companies. The research employs a quantitative explanatory method, using data collected through a Likert scale adapted from the turnover intention scale and the Integrated Talent Management Scale. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that talent management has a significant negative effect on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in FMCG companies. These findings suggest that enhancing employees' perceptions of talent management practices can reduce turnover intention among Generation Z. The R Square value of 19.3% indicates that turnover intention can be explained by talent management, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not included in this study.en_US
