    Abstract
Halal products are one of the main factors needed by the Indonesian people, the majority of whom are Muslim. The integration system of halal product business processes to meet the needs of Muslims must of course follow halal standards. Therefore, halal supply chain management is very important to be closely monitored in order to comply with halal standard operating procedures and can reduce possible risks. This study was conducted at the Central Post Processing (SPP) Medan which operates as a provider of expedition and logistics services. This study aims to identify and analyze risks and causes of risks and provide appropriate risk mitigation strategy proposals to ensure the halal status of products at the Central Post Processing (SPP) Medan logistics service company. The methods used in this study are Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and House of Risk (HOR). The results of this study found 14 risk events and 9 risk agents with the HOR method. Pareto diagram is used to determine the priority of risk agents, so that 4 dominant risk agents are selected, namely the Central Post Processing Medan does not yet have a management system that considers halal status, damaged goods packaging during delivery, unavailability of SOP regarding halal, and the arrangement of goods on the truck is done randomly. Based on the 4 dominant risk agents, 6 mitigation strategy proposals are given that can be applied.
