dc.description.abstract | Batu Bara Regency is one of the beef cattle producing areas, especially in North Sumatra. Beef cattle farming in Batu Bara Regency is generally still dominated by smallholder farms which are carried out as a part-time business. Feed processing is one of the solutions for sustainable feed availability. The obstacles of farmers in applying feed processing technology are the lack of knowledge, attitudes and low motivation of the farmers themselves. This study aims to see how much influence the factors of knowledge, attitude, and motivation have on the adoption of feed processing technology innovations. The method used in this research is the stratified sampling method in all district in Batu Bara Regency and the purposive sampling method in the three district, namely district Lima Puluh, Datuk Tanah Datar, and Talawi. The research model used is a multiple linear regression. The results of this study are Knowledge partially has a positive effect on the adoption of feed processing technology innovation, with a tvalue of 3,943 and sig value. <0.001, Attitude partially has a positive effect, with a tvalue of 15,736 and sig. value <0.001, motivation partially has a positive effect with a t value of 2.022 and a sig value. 0,046. Simultaneous test results, the variable data as a whole has a significance value of <0.001, so it can be concluded that partially the independent variable as a whole has a significant effect on the dependent variable. | en_US |
