dc.description.abstractFinancial performance is an important indicator in assessing a company's success in managing its resources. This study aims to measure the financial performance of PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk for the period 2022–2024 using financial ratio analysis. The financial ratios used include the Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial reports published through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the study show fluctuations in financial ratios over the past three years, reflecting changes in the company's liquidity, efficiency, solvency, profitability, and market value structures. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk is at a fairly stable level, but there are still several indicators that need to be improved to support the company's sustainable growth.en_US
