dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and the use of financial technology on business performance, with financial inclusion as a mediating variable. The population of this study consists of micro-entrepreneurs at Pajus, Medan City, who have used the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) application as one of the payment methods from customers. A purposive sampling technique was employed in this research. The total sample used in the study amounted to 126 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate a negative and insignificant effect of financial literacy on business performance and financial inclusion. Furthermore, the use of financial technology has a positive and significant effect on business performance and financial inclusion. Financial inclusion significantly mediates the effect of financial technology on business performance. However, financial inclusion has a negative and insignificant effect in mediating the influence of financial literacy on business performance.en_US
