This research aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Field Supervisory Partners at the Dairi Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Office with Employee Engagement as an Intervening Variable. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population of this research is field supervisory partners (PML) at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Dairi Regency. The sample in this study were all Field Supervisory Partners at BPS Dairi Regency totaling 47 people with the data used were primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation studies, interviews, and a list of questions whose measurements used an interval scale. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and path analysis method. The data is processed statistically with the SPSS for windows program, namely the classical assumption test, the t test model, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially, each variable of job satisfaction and employee engagement has a positive and significant effect
on job performance, the job performance variable has a significant positive effect on employee engagement. In addition, the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the job performance of Field Supervisory Partners through Employee Engagement at BPS Dairi Regency.
