Analisis Kelayakan Pemindahan Lokasi Rumah Produksi Qoqom Foods
Feasibility Analysis of Relocating Qoqom Foods Production House
Abstract
Qoqom Foods is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) engaged in the
production of frozen food, especially dim sum, and has been operating since 2016
in Medan, Indonesia. As market demand continues to grow, the company is facing
challenges such as limited production space and the expiration of its current rental
location. These conditions have encouraged the need for a feasibility study to assess
whether relocating the production site would be a viable option. This research aims
to determine the feasibility of relocating Qoqom Foods' production facility by
examining six key aspects: legal, environmental, market, technical, management
and human resources (HR), and financial. The study uses a descriptive quantitative
approach, with data collected through interviews, direct observation, and
documentation review. The analysis includes the 4P method for marketing, Analytic
Hierarchy Process (AHP) for technical assessment, and financial indicators such
as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Break Even Point (BEP),
and Payback Period. The results indicate that relocating the production facility is
feasible. All aspects analyzed support the relocation plan, particularly the financial
analysis which shows promising investment returns. With this relocation, Qoqom
Foods is expected to improve operational efficiency and expand its production
capacity in the future.
