dc.description.abstract | Nyoon’s Farm & Kitchen MSME is a producer of halal-certified products made
from roselle. Throughout its operations, Nyoon’s Farm & Kitchen has never
conducted a performance measurement of its supply chain. The MSME has only evaluated its performance from a financial perspective, focusing on business income and sales growth indicators as recorded in the income statement and balance sheet. Other issues faced by the MSME include frequent shortages of raw materials due to delayed deliveries and inaccurate inventory management, unmet customer demand in a timely manner, and a limited number of sales partners collaborating with the business. This study aims to measure the supply chain performance of Nyoon’s Farm & Kitchen using the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) approach and the Balanced Scorecard method, as well as to provide improvement solutions to enhance supply chain performance. Based on the FSCN approach, it was found that the supply chain condition at Nyoon’s Farm & Kitchen is fairly good. This condition is reflected in the aspects of structure, management, resources, and business processes. The measured halal supply chain performance
score of Nyoon’s Farm & Kitchen is 79.23, which falls into the “good” category. The performance assessment was conducted using 24 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). According to the traffic light system analysis, 13 KPIs were categorized as green, 4 as yellow, and 7 as red. Recommended improvements to enhance the supply chain performance of Nyoon’s Farm & Kitchen include: adjusting raw material quantities based on safety stock levels, expanding sales targets, offering special deals to existing customers, conducting attractive promotional activities to draw in new customers, and broadening the business’s partnership network. | en_US |
