    Abstract
Sicike cike Nature Tourism Park is a conservation forest area in Dairi Regency, North Sumatra, which has high potential to be developed as an ecotourism destination. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of ecotourism potential in the area using the ADO-ODTWA method (Analysis of Natural Tourism Object and Attraction Operation Area) from the Directorate General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation. This method involves an assessment of seven variables: attractiveness, accessibility, socio-economic conditions, management and services, facilities and infrastructure, availability of clean water, and security. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, in accordance with the determination of the number of samples used using the Slovin formula, 95 respondents were obtained representing various stakeholders. The results of the study showed that five of the seven variables were declared feasible, while two variables attractiveness and accessibility were still not feasible. The total feasibility index of the Sicike cike TWA area reached 76.28%, which indicates that this area is feasible to be developed as ecotourism. This area has strong ecological carrying capacity and supports the existence of important species such as sun bears (Helarctos malayanus) and siamangs (Symphalangus syndactylus). Sustainable ecotourism development is recommended through increasing tourist attractions, optimizing the role of local communities, and utilizing forest healing  potential.
