    Abstract
An information system is a form of integration between people, processes, technology, and data used to support various activities within an organization. The need for such a system arises when organizational activities require structured management and traceable workflows. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the pulp and paper industry, with pulp as its primary production material. In the Chemical Warehouse division, several challenges were identified, such as the absence of a system to track specific material locations, the lack of stock distribution visualization, and limitations in the current system (SAP) in providing interactive storage location information. As a result, material searches still rely on manual documentation, staff memory, and verbal communication, which increases the risk of errors and slows down critical processes such as stock-taking. This study aims to design and develop a warehouse management information system using Microsoft Excel supported by Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), equipped with a layout mapping feature to visualize material distribution within the warehouse. The system development adopts the Scrum methodology, which is iterative and adaptive to user needs, ensuring structured and user-oriented system evolution. The development results show that the implementation of Scrum helped establish a structured workflow focused on user requirements through five sprint iterations. The developed system was tested using the Black Box method, and all functions operated according to specifications. Key features implemented include recording of material inflow and outflow, an information dashboard, and visualization of storage locations. This system is expected to facilitate material tracking and support the smooth operation of the pulp warehouse. An information system is a form of integration between people, processes, technology, and data used to support various activities within an organization.
