    Abstract
This study aims to analyze the physical workload and fatigue levels experienced by operators at the labeling station of PT. Mutiara Mukti Farma (MUTIFA). The repetitive nature of labeling activities carried out over extended working hours has the potential to cause musculoskeletal disorders and decrease work efficiency. The research uses a quantitative method with a physiological approach, employing heart rate data to measure energy consumption and determine the optimal rest time required. In addition, the Occupational Repetitive Action (OCRA) method is applied to assess the ergonomic risk level of repetitive tasks. Primary data were collected through direct observation and heart rate measurements of the workers, while secondary data were obtained from production plans and relevant literature. The findings indicate that high physical workload and insufficient rest time increase the risk of muscle fatigue, particularly in the upper limbs. Calculations show that the actual rest time of 60 minutes is inadequate, necessitating additional rest periods. Recommendations for scheduling rest breaks are proposed based on the analysis of physical workload, energy consumption, and OCRA values, in order to improve working conditions and protect worker health.
