dc.description.abstractThis study aims to describe the Quiet Quitting in Generation Z employees. The research used was descriptive quantitative method. The subjects of this study were 385 Generation Z employees in Medan City, born between 1997-2004. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The data collecting method uses likert scale. The Quiet Quitting scale was developed based on indicators of Quiet Quitting by Taufik et al. (2024), work according to working hours, work according to the assigned task, loss of ambition for achievement, and work disengagement. The research uses descriptive statistical analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed that 43% or 167 employees engaged in Quiet Quitting, while 57% or 218 employees did not. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the majority of Generation Z employees in Medan City tend not to engage in Quiet Quitting.en_US
