Risk Analysis of The Precast Concrete Supply Chain at PT WIKA Beton Medan
Abstract
This study examines risk management in the precast concrete supply chain at PT WIKA Beton Medan using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) framework, House of Risk (HOR), and Analytical Network Process (ANP). First, SCOR mapping identified 21 risk events and 23 risk agents across upstream to downstream activities . Next, HOR I calculated Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) and ranked agents, revealing material delivery delays (RA7) as the critical risk with the highest ARP (558; 7.19 %) . In the subsequent ANP phase, five priority mitigation strategies were derived—ERP implementation, setting safety stock & reorder point, long term contracts, engaging 3PL services, and off peak scheduling—with a consistency ratio of 4.6 % confirming the reliability of the weightings . These results offer actionable guidance for PT WIKA Beton Medan to enhance supply chain resilience and operational efficiency while minimizing potential disruptions.
