The Wisma Kolaborasi Building in Medan is a multifunctional development project designed with a green architecture approach to support environmental sustainability and accelerate the advancement of Medan City. The building integrates a variety of supporting facilities, including an office for the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) program, a hall for social and community activities, retail spaces to boost the local economy, and food and beverage (F&B) facilities that offer a comfortable culinary experience. In addition, the building provides coworking spaces that serve as collaborative hubs for entrepreneurs, professionals, and creative communities to foster innovation and economic growth. By embracing the principles of green architecture, Wisma Kolaborasi is designed to minimize environmental impact through the use of eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient technologies, and systems for rainwater management and natural ventilation that enhance occupant comfort. The presence of this building is expected not only to serve as a productive activity center but also as a tangible example of sustainable development in the midst of rapid urbanization. Through its diverse facilities and sustainability-oriented design, Wisma Kolaborasi is expected to make a significant contribution to the social and economic progress of Medan City, while also serving as an environmentally friendly innovation hub for its community.en_US
