This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of land slope, rainfall, rainy days and fertilization on the productivity of oil palm plants in PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Pasir Mandoge which will be held from March 2025 to June 2025. The oil palm plant variety used is the PPKS Simalungun variety with a planting age of 21 years. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a real influence of rainfall, rainy days, fertilization and differences in land slope on oil palm productivity (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Pasir Mandoge. This study uses secondary data available in the plantation administration, including oil palm productivity data in 2015-2024, rainfall data, rainy day data, and fertilization data in 2014-2023 as well as land slope data. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and correlation. The model was tested for feasibility with classical assumption tests including normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, and autocorrelation tests using the statistical tool SPSS.v.25 for windows. The results showed that rainfall and rainy days partially had an intangible effect on increasing oil palm productivity on flat, medium and sloping land. Rainfall and rainy days simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing oil palm productivity at 21 years of planting age on flat, medium and sloping land. Partial and simultaneous fertilization of NPK and Mg had an intangible effect on increasing oil palm productivity at 21 years of planting age on flat, medium and sloping land.en_US
