Analisis Pengaruh Keuangan terhadap Keputusan Investasi Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar dalam Konteks Perekonomian Sektretariat Daerah Kota Medan

Abstract

As one of the largest cities in Indonesia, Medan City is one of the cities that has revenue through the Medan City Market Regional Public Company as local revenue. This study aims to determine the financial influence on investment decisions to improve understanding of the sustainability and growth of PUD Pasar Medan city based on liquidity ratios and solvency ratios. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach in the form of collecting data on the financial statements of PUD Pasar Medan city. The findings obtained are PUD Pasar Medan city is able to pay all operational and short-term company obligations, and also able to show that the company has good financial health and does not depend on debt to finance the company's assets. Therefore, the government can provide investment decisions to PUD Pasar to allocate and optimize funds for markets in Medan city.
