Analisis Pengaruh Keuangan Terhadap Keputusan Investasi Perusahaan Umum Daerah (PUD) Pembangunan Dalam Konteks Perekonomian Sekretariat Daerah Kota Medan

Abstract

Medan City Development General Company is one of the regionally owned companies that plays a strategic role in encouraging regional economic growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial conditions on investment decisions at the Regional Public Company Development of Medan City. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach that focuses on analyzing financial statement data using financial ratio analysis, namely liquidity ratios and solvency ratios. The data source used in this research was obtained directly from the company's archives. The results of this study indicate that the condition of the company assessed from the liquidity ratio is not good, while the solvency ratio tends to be good. The effect of financial conditions on investment decisions shows that companies need to take strategic steps to increase operating income to increase attractiveness for investors.
