Wisma Kolaborasi Kota Medan is a multifunctional building designed with a green architecture approach to promote sustainable development and support urban progress. The building integrates various public facilities, including the PKK office, a multipurpose hall for social and community activities, retail areas that empower local businesses, and food & beverage (F&B) facilities that provide a comfortable social space. Additionally, a coworking space is provided as a collaborative hub for entrepreneurs, professionals, and creative communities to foster innovation. The sustainable design approach is reflected in the use of environmentally friendly materials, energy-efficient technologies, rainwater management systems, and natural ventilation, all of which contribute to a healthy and comfortable environment. Wisma Kolaborasi is expected to function not only as a center for productive and social activities but also as a tangible example of sustainable architectural practice in an urban setting. Its presence is anticipated to deliver positive impacts for both the community and the urban ecosystem of Medan City.en_US
