Efforts to develop the palm oil industry in Indonesia continue to be made to support
national energy policies aimed at enhancing energy security. As a result, palm oil
companies need to continuously engage in development and evaluation processes.
This study aims to analyze and design appropriate mitigation strategies for risks
within the fresh fruit bunch (FFB) raw material procurement system that may
hinder procurement processes at PT. XYZ. The methods employed include the
Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model to analyze supply chain
activities system related to raw material procurement, and the House of Risk (HOR)
approach to identify and assess appropriate risk mitigation strategies. The analysis
results identified 13 priority risk agents and 9 recommended risk mitigation
strategies, with the most critical risk being the lack of supplier performance
evaluation. The recommended mitigation action is to conduct periodic performance
evaluations by creating an evaluation system based on quality and delivery
accuracy indicators. This study is expected to serve as a recommendation for the
company to evaluate and mitigate priority risks in the raw material procurement
process at PT. XYZ
