Analisis Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Return on Asset dan Earning Per Share terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Sektor Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2022

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Return on Assets and Earning Per Share on Share Prices in Property and Real Estate Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The population in this study was 59 companies and the sample selected was 15 companies. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of panel data. The research results based on the F test show that simultaneously the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Return on Assets and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on Stock Prices. The results of this test show that the Current Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on share prices. Debt to Asset Ratio has a negative and significant effect on share prices. Return on Assets has a positive and insignificant effect on Stock Prices. Earning Per Share has a positive and significant
