This study aims to examine the effect of system quality, information quality,
and service quality on user satisfaction of local government information systems
at the Puskesmas Palembang. The research is based on primary data collected through a survey method by directly distributing questionnaires to respondents.
The population consists of 41 Puskesmas, and the sampling technique used is total
sampling. The sample includes 123 respondents, comprising heads of
administration, treasurer, and SIPD operator from all Puskesmas. Data were
analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Version 26.
The results indicate that System Quality and Service Quality have a statistically
significant partial effect on SIPD User Satisfaction, while Information Quality
does not have a significant effect.
