dc.description.abstractPotato commodities are widely used as basic ingredients for food processing which ultimately urges innovation from various tools and machines to support production. This cylindrical peeler machine is designed to peel potato skins quickly and efficiently. This study aims to test the variation of 2-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch pulley diameters on cylindrical-type potato peelers on the influence of the effective capacity parameters of the tool, yield and percentage of lagging materials. This study produced the largest effective capacity of the tool at the 6- inch pulley variation of 150 kg/hour, the largest yield at the 2-inch pulley variation of 99.3% and the largest percentage of lagging materials at the 6- pulley at 9.16%.en_US
