dc.description.abstractBadan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) is a government agency which has the main task of carrying out government affairs in the field of supervision of state/regional finances and national development. Where good personnel administration management is really needed to improve the company's development. In this research, the author will show how personnel administration is managed at BPKP Sumatera Utara. This research was conducted directly at BPKP Sumatera Utara office using the direct interview method with BPKP Sumatera Utara employees. The results of this research show that personnel administration management at BPKP Sumatera Utara is running well. However, there are several things that BPKP Sumatera Utara must do to improve its personnel administration management system. Such as providing regular coaching to employees in the BPKP Sumatera Utara office environment.en_US
