    Abstract
Stem rot caused by the fungus Ganoderma boninense is a major problem in oil palm cultivation in Southeast Asia. This fungus attacks oil palm plants of all ages. This study aims to determine the Effect of Concentration and Time Interval of Application of Mindi Leaf Extract (Melia azedarach Linn) on the Growth of Oil Palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) in Soil Infected with Ganoderma sp. in the Panji Bay Plantation, Sidodadi Village, South Labuhan Batu, North Sumatra from December 2023 to March 2024. This study uses a 2-factor Factorial Group Random Design (FGR). The first factor is the time of application of mindi leaf extract, namely (1 dap, 14 dap and 28 dap) and the second factor is the concentration of mindi leaf extract, namely (0%, 25%, 50% and 75%). The results of the study showed the effect of application time interval and concentration of mindi leaf extract on oil palm plants on the analysis of the number of spores of Ganoderma sp. showed a significant effect on the decrease in spore count on W3M2 treatment (28 dap + 50% extract), the interaction between time interval and concentration of mindi extract applied showed no real effect on oil palm growth, the effect of administration of mindy extract with different concentrations on oil palm plant growth had a significant effect on plant leaf count parameters at MST 6 – 16 and a significant difference in the analysis of infected soil Ganoderma sp, while on the parameters of plant height, stem diameter, does not have a noticeable effect
