    Abstract
In the current era of globalization, organizations are required to possess highly performing human resources in order to face increasingly complex competition. Employee performance is influenced by various internal factors, including organizational culture, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sumut. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The population in this study consisted of 495 employees, with a sample of 83 respondents selected through proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The tests employed in this study include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F-test (simultaneous), t-test (partial), and coefficient of determination (R²) analysis. The results indicate that simultaneously, organizational culture, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, each of these three variables also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment is found to be the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sumut.
