Analysis of PT Total Karya Berkah's Revenue Trends as a Basis for Formulating the Company's Financial Strategy
Abstract
Revenue is one of the main indicators of a company's financial performance which is
the basis for formulating a sustainable business strategy. This study aims to analyze the
revenue trend of PT Total Karya Berkah during 2024 as a basis for formulating a more
optimal and sustainable financial strategy. This study uses a qualitative approach with a
focus on secondary data analysis in the form of monthly revenue reports and sales invoices.
The data is analyzed descriptively to see the pattern of revenue increase and the factors that
influence the rise and fall of the company's revenue. The results of the analysis show that
PT Total Karya Berkah's revenue fluctuated throughout 2024, with the highest increase in
revenue occurring from March to November. The increase in revenue was influenced by the
political season, namely the implementation of the General Election (Pemilu) campaign
which increased the demand for prints such as banners, posters, and flyers. Based on the
results of the analysis, several financial strategy efforts were prepared to increase revenue,
including: (1) Expansion of Revenue Sources (2) Creating a Budget Based on Revenue
Trennds (3) Creating Seasonal Fund Reserves (4) Improving Demand Forecasts Based on
Seasonal Patterns (5) Investment Allocation with Equipment Purchases and Technology
Development (6) Investmnent Allocation with Employee Training (7) Improving Digital
Marketing.
