    Abstract
Due to its abundant energy advantages, solar energy is becoming increasingly popular. The use of solar energy cannot be separated from the challenge of dust that sticks and the increase in temperature on the surface of the solar panel, which can reduce the performance of the solar panel. This obstacle can be minimized by utilizing a system that can clean dust and cool the temperature of the solar panels. This research aims to design and implement an active cooling system and automatic dust cleaning on solar panels using Arduino UNO. The system uses a DS18B20 temperature sensor to monitor the surface temperature of the panel and a GP2Y1010AU0F dust sensor to detect dust accumulation. The test results show that this tool can maintain the efficiency of the solar panel by effectively cleaning dust and cooling the panel, with the cooling system being able to maintain the surface temperature of the solar panel no more than 30°C and the cleaning system being able to increase the power of the solar panel from a value of 4.8504 W when exposed 100 gram sand dust to 20.952 W after cleaning, thus optimizing the output power. The system is expected to be a practical solution in the maintenance of solar panels in environments with high dust and extreme temperatures.
